Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition, return for more than 2 pcs(include) of same item or style with multiple sizes or colors in one order is subject to 50% restocking fee. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

Our Return & Exchange Policy?

1. You have 10 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 10 days of receipt.

3. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
4. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address,and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
5. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
7. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.

In this case,as returning back is too troublesome and cost a lot,if you also like the color we send you and are willing to keep it,we would like to make some compensation for that.However if you don't want it,you can either send it back to exchange for the correct color or return it back for full refund.
